Members purchasing the Consortium version will have their positions advertised on the SWMSS website as well as their own website. The Consortium price is substantially below the standard price for most districts.
SWMSS is working to assist our member districts with setting up health insurance cooperatives with other districts with similar characteristics. SWMSS will facilitate the process of setting up the cooperative and then administer the cooperative for the member districts. This eliminates having the burden of administration fall on one district.
Commercial Energy is able to offer SWMSS members an annual contract at a lower rate than the current Northwestern Energy rates. This is a one year renewable contract with several different options.
We are negotiating a contract with Amerigas for schools that use propane. At this point we need to know what districts are interested so that we can get a price quote based on where deliveries would occur.

SWMSS is working with several rural districts to employ a full time instructional coach who would be shared by four school districts. This is a plan that could be duplicated across the region for those districts that are interested in sharing a resource like this.
