School-Based Medicaid Billing

SWMSS Medicaid Billing Service is a Montana-based management solution that maximizes third party reimbursement options through Montana Medicaid. Because we are a Montana-based company we are in touch with schools on a day-to-day basis and currently serve 33 school districts.
 
Our software uses a highly effective and thoroughly tested web-based billing system to track Medicaid eligible services. We help to decrease district expenses while increasing revenue using a two-prong approach of documenting and claiming reimbursable services.

 
SWMSS Medicaid Billing Service provides:
  1. Access to CompuClaim, a user-friendly software solution that has been used for more than 20 years for school-based Medicaid

  2. Claim review and management

  3. Claims re-submission (based on any denials from Montana Medicaid)

  4. On-going professional development for all district providers and school administration

  5. Technical assistance for maximizing reimbursements  

  6. Assistance and education regarding local and federal regulations 

  7. On-site provider training, annual training and review for existing and new staff, and individualized member assistance via phone and web conferencing
  8.  Forms, flow charts and tip sheets for staff resource and support
