It has been brought to my attention that there is a schedule conflict on March 21st. MTSBA is sponsoring a School Budget Workshop that day for Board members, School Business Managers and Administrators. Some of our MECC members will be attending this MTSBA meeting in Bozeman at Willson.

With that said, I would like to move our meeting to Bozeman on the 21st so that you could attend the MTSBA workshop AND our meeting.

We will meet in the Library, room 217A, from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. If you are not going to attend the MTSBA meeting and can not make the MECC meeting, we will send you a link to connect to the conference via internet.

LUNCH information. If you are attending the MTSBA workshop, lunch is provided and you could bring your lunch upstairs to our meeting. If you are attending the MECC meeting at 12:00 noon, we will provide a lunch for you.

Please let me know what you are planning to do so I can make the appropriate arrangements.
