Thank you to everyone who participated in the Fall 2018 Cooperative Food Purchasing order window! We had another successful, record-breaking order window thanks to participation by over 100 Montana and Wyoming school districts and child-based organizations. Woo-hoo!
The Spring 2019 BID submissions were due to the SWMSS office by noon on November 2, 2018. We are happy to report that we have had a competitive bid every year since SWMSS took over this program at OPI's request in April 2016 as Sysco AND Food Services of America both submit bids. The bid was awarded to Food Services of America on November 8, 2018. Congrats to FSA! More importantly, the Spring 2019 Item Price List - Order Form is now available (linked at the bottom of this page), so please PRINT and FILL THIS OUT prior to placing your orders via the Marketplace online ordering website. *wink*

HAVEN'T PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM BEFORE?
If you haven't participated in the SWMSS co-op food purchasing program in the past you will need a User ID & password to access the Marketplace ordering website. Please call Jennifer Brekke at the Southwest Montana School Services office for fast, easy registration by phone. You may also email your request to her and include the following:
Jennifer will email you a confirmation with your login, a temporary password, and a link to the Marketplace. While you are waiting for your registration confirmation please DOWNLOAD and PRINT the Spring 2019 Item Price List - Order Form (linked at the bottom of this page), familiarize yourself with the items available for this order period, and begin filling out your order on your printed copy.
You asked, we listened, we delivered (pun intended). The order process has been simplified for the Spring 2019 order window - hooray! Your login name for the Marketplace online ordering website should be your school district email address, all lower-case. Your password has not changed. Please contact Jennifer Brekke at the SWMSS office if you forgot your password, or follow the prompts on the Marketplace login page to change your password.
The How To Place Your Order VIDEO is under construction and will reflect the 'make your life easier' changes we've made to the online ordering process. It is an excellent resource for ALL purchasers. Access the Marketplace and click the My Orders tab (upper right corner) to review previous orders you may have placed.
